What should I do if I haven't received an email after 15 minutes?
If no email arrives within 15 minutes, please check your spam and “Promotions” folders, as emails can sometimes land there. To make sure you receive future communications from us, consider adding our email address, support@younity.one, to your contact list.
What if I still cannot find any emails from you after checking all folders?
When will my lessons be available?
Each lesson will be released every three days. More information can be found under the “First Steps” category in your course materials. This schedule helps you keep track of upcoming lessons and know when to access new content.
Can I watch it whenever I want?
Yes, once the lessons have been released, you can access all the materials whenever you want and you can go through them at your own pace and repeat as many times as you want.
